In this image, a horizontal section of a typical flower is shown. The section was obtained at the stamen anther level. In the outer part, sepals are found with a tissular organization similar to an typical leaf. Below, petals are observed and then the anthers of the stamens. Each anther is made up of two thecas. Pollen grains, more intensely stained in violet, are inside the thecas. In the center of the image, and therefore of the flower, a section of the style of the pistil is observed.
